We want you to love your skincare ritual; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
